Staff are friendly and we had a great chat. They are proactive and everything within reasonable wait time. Hot breakfast with bacon, boiled egg, toast, fresh made pancake, yogurt etc. It keeps refilling till 9:30am (during my long weekend stay). Hot tub and pool till 10pm. 24 hours machine black coffee and hot water in the lobby. Perfect for cup noodle folks. Beds are comfy as well. I specifically want to highlight they have great air ventilation and air conditioning. The room has no stuffy smell which is very great.

I loved the pool and the courtyard. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and had air conditioning. I also loved the breakfast being included. It was a good start to our day. Next time I will ask to be in the courtyard because it was really very nice 😊

The room was very clean and well appointed for what the hotel is. The beds are very comfortable. They’ve done a decent job with cosmetic touches to the overall hotel but there are still a few details that need to be touched up

The staff are really very helpful. I needed a luggage cart because i have carpal tunnel at the moment and carrying things is hard; there weren't any in the usual spot so they called someone to find me one asap (which he did) then they asked another staffer to accompany me to my vehicle to help me, which I declined but it was very nice of them! Three young women, all taking good care.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I liked having the body wash, shampoo, etc. in the shower. The room was very clean. The breakfast is basic but the food was good. I should have been more specific of my mobility limitations as the room was on the second floor, quite a distance from the elevator. The front desk tried to accommodate but was unable to.

The room was clean with two queen beds, a microwave, and toiletries. The closet only had 3 hangers, but we probably could have gotten more if we needed them. The TV worked fine and there were ample plug-ins for charging our electronic devices. The breakfast was fantastic and the room was very bright and cheerful. The entire staff were friendly and helpful.

There is an ice machine and an elevator, which makes access very convenient. There are plenty of parking spaces, and the air conditioning works very well. The room was very clean and fresh, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The swimming pool was excellent — our whole family really enjoyed it.

Staff was truly friendly and accomodating. Answer questions promptly. No excuses, just very helpful. For example: when asking for the washroom, in the main entre, it was under repairs, and they promptly took me to their own staff facilites, without making a big deal put of it. For a traveller, one is already overwhelmed, and it's nice for a professional person to take care of you. Breakfast was plentiful!
